Live Classes
Schedule and host Zoom classes directly from your Menteo dashboard.
Prerequisites
- Zoom account connected in Settings → Basic Details → Zoom Integration
- Pro plan or higher (Live classes are not available on the Free plan)
Schedule a Class
- Click Live Classes in the sidebar
- Click + Schedule Class
- Fill in:

| Title | e.g. "Algebra Review Session" |
| Date & Time | When the class starts |
| Duration | How long in minutes |
| Academic Year | Which year group(s) can join |
- Click Schedule — a Zoom meeting link is auto-generated
Sending Reminders
Students are automatically notified:
- When a class is scheduled
- 24 hours before the class
- 1 hour before the class
Starting the Class
- Go to Live Classes → click your upcoming class
- Click Start Class — this opens your Zoom meeting in a new tab
- Students join via the Join Class button on their dashboard
After the Class
If you recorded the session in Zoom:
- Download the recording from Zoom
- Upload it to Videos so students can catch up
Cancelling a Class
Click ⋮ → Cancel on the class. Students are notified automatically by email and in-app.
